Sensors are usually made up of the following components:

5, slide core: mounted on the rod, the main role is fixed brush.
6, brush: it is a kind of metal piece, it causes the change of resistance when it glides on the board, so the voltage will change, so the mechanical displacement will be transformed into electrical signal.
7, gasket: it is between the aluminum tube and front and back cover for better sealing sensor.
8, fixed parts: the name is thought to play a fixed role on the sensor components. Milang KTC rod type linear displacement sensor, KTF slider type linear displacement sensor, KTM micro rod type linear displacement sensor, KFM micro slider type linear displacement sensor is used as the fixed mounting bracket, KPF flange mounted type linear displacement sensor is fixed with the flange sensor, KPC hinge type linear displacement sensor and PKM micro cutter connection type linear displacement sensor series is hinged fixed installation.
9, the universal joint parts for rod type displacement sensor, mainly in order to avoid the installation error on the sensor itself to neutral to damage, KPC articulated a linear displacement sensor, PKM micro hinge type linear displacement sensor with fisheye joint series. These components don't look familiar, but they're indispensable in the assembly of sensors.
